The virtual physical therapy appointment can be used from your computer, laptop, tablet, or via a smart phone. Your device needs to be able to connect online, have a camera, and a microphone. This will allow you to communicate directly with our Physical Therapist from anywhere that has online capability. Once you have clicked on the virtual physical therapy button, created your account, and entered your credit card information for billing, you will need to answer a few short questions regarding your medical history and the problem for which you are currently seeking treatment. The Physical Therapist will then review your medical history, your current problem, and begin the on-line appointment. Once the appointment has concluded you will have the opportunity to book future appointments or will be advised that you should be treated in our office, either way you will be provided with a plan of treatment. The charge for this service is $2.00 a minute for the first 20 minutes and $1.50 after that, and often it is easier than when you are faced with high copays or deductibles, limited insurance visits, commuting difficulties, or time constraints. It will be billed directly to the credit card that you entered when creating your account.
